Scott Schaffer founded PIM Group in 2007, building on his finance and management background and his experience as a nonprofit CEO. He has led organizations through financial turnarounds, re-engineering processes, and successful mergers and alliances. (Read his bio here.) His objective in starting PIM was to make world-class business consulting services available to nonprofits at an affordable price.
