The process evaluates of a wide range of organizational practices and attributes, and associates these factors with organizational performance, health and overall success. The methodology incorporates data analysis and a new standardized metric for nonprofit organizational health, the Organizational Success Index (OSI). In the assessment process, Nonprofits learn about their strengths and weaknesses relative to similar organizations, and get clear direction on strategies to improve their performance. This paper provides an overview of the process, the methodology and the OSI.
